about the jewelry

We offer custom handstamped jewelry for any occasion. The jewelry is handcrafted with care using quality sterling silver discs, chains, and findings. A few designs utilize copper and gold which is noted in the descriptions. 

Due to the the nature of handcrafted items some slight imperfections may be visible. These should not be considered flaws, but rather they give character to each piece. Each letter/number/design is individually handstamped so the character placement will vary. The letters and numbers may not line up perfectly but this is what gives each piece its own uniqueness and charm!

For a frame of reference of the size discs we offer:

1"- slightly larger than a quarter

7/8"- quarter size

3/4"- penny size

5/8"- dime size

1/2"- slightly smaller than a dime

3/8"- tiny charms that will accommodate up to three initials

cleaning and care

The best way to clean your jewelry is to gently rub the silver with a jewelry polishing cloth. Included with every order is a small polishing pad which works wonders in keeping your jewelry shiny. The blacker the polishing cloth/pad gets, the better it cleans. 

We do not recommend using any type of silver polish or jewelry cleaner, even polish or cleaners formulated specifically to remove tarnish, as they will remove all the black within the letters on your personalized piece of jewelry. 

When you are not wearing your jewelry, store it in a cool, dry place. To help minimize scratches and other damage, we have included a brown tarnish-resistant pouch for your jewelry storage. With proper care, your sterling silver jewelry will last a lifetime!

*A note about Copper*
Copper will tarnish more quickly than sterling silver. It will start to look like an old penny after a short while. You can choose to polish it with the polishing pad provided or allow it to darken to give it a more rustic appearance. An antique appearance with copper is often preferred!

We accept all major credit cards and payments via Paypal. Texas residents will be charged 8.25% state sales tax.

shipping and delivery

U.S. domestic shipping is a flat rate of $3 for USPS first class mail.

*All orders take approximately 2-3 weeks once payment is accepted before being shipped as they are all custom made.*

We are able to handle a Rush Order if needed. You may select the Rush Order Upgrade in the a la carte category (when available). Rush orders will be shipped via USPS Express Mail (overnight to most areas) within 5 days of purchase.

**International shipping has been temporarily suspended until further notice**

International shipping is available for a flat rate of $6 via USPS first class international mail. This shipping method (including Canada) typically takes about 1-2 weeks for delivery after the package is shipped, although it can take up to 6 weeks at times, as sometimes the package can get held up in customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over the speediness of the post office once the package has been sent out for shipment. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Customs Fees/Duty Taxes/VAT (Value Added Tax) are the buyer's responsibility for orders shipped outside the USA.

returns and exchanges

Due to the custom nature of all items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to verify all personalization info at checkout and contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. If it's an error on our part, we will gladly exchange or provide a refund within thirty days of purchase. After thirty days a remake fee will apply.

The item should be returned in its original packaging in order to receive a refund or to remake a piece. Please contact us prior to returning any order.
